New Releases: Jaida, Knit Night Sweater, Jessie and Amelia

Both Jaida and the Knit Night Sweater are now finished with test knitting and available!

Jaida is a simple top-down seamless cloak with one big, bold cable down the entire length of the back and textured moss-stitch edging and collar. The bottom edge dips downward in the back to form a high-low hem that adds length while conserving yarn. One size fits most with instructions to modify. Jaida calls for a warm, cozy wool or wool blend worsted weight yarn.

The Knit Night Sweater features purl bands on wide sleeves, positive ease, subtle waist and hip shaping for flattering fit and a split garter stitch hem. As a basic top-down seamless raglan, the Knit Night Sweater is simple enough to work on even during the lively fun of knit night. Written in 7 sizes. Sample knit in Valley Yarns Colrain (50% Merino wool, 50% Tencel) color Navajo Red.

Jaida and the Knit Night Sweater are available at Ravelry now and will be available through other venues later this year!

Also, my Jessie Tee is now available as a free pattern through Cascade Yarns. Jessie is a simple top down raglan tee with a slightly scooped neckline and textured edging at the neck and the bottom of the sleeves and body. Includes waist and hip shaping for flattering fit. Written in 7 sizes.

And finally, I’ve finished reworking the Amelia sweater pattern. Amelia was originally published in 2015. I’ve reworked the pattern with edits and updates for 2018. I changed the formatting, added 7th size, completely reworked the neckline and had the entire pattern tech edited. Happy knitting!
