So the last weeks of February have been crazy busy. There was a Cub Scout banquet. There were two science fair projects. There was an overheard conversation from the other room about whether or not one of the science fair projects would cause an ER trip (that project got first at the fair and I’m happy to report no ER visits). There were refinished wood floors which completely took over half our house. And three pretty great things came in the mail during all of this – yarn support for two upcoming designs (one for a magazine and one for a yarn company) and copies of a just published book that includes one of my designs.
This week is much more calm. So now I’m taking a deep breath and this one photo shows my week. New finished floors, two projects on the needles with fast approaching deadlines and a peek at the book!
